Privacy Policy
Business Hours –  We are open to receive your order 24 hours a day.  We will return your e-mail
or call as soon as possible. Please see our contact page.  At that time, payment and particulars
will be discussed.  We can supply photographs of certain arrangements through the Internet.  
When we are closed for vacation,  we will always post a notice on our website.

Holiday Hours – Holiday orders must be placed at least 2 days prior to:  Thanksgiving,
Christmas Day, Chanukah, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Passover, Administrative
Professional’s Day, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, July 4th,  Labor Day, Rosh
Hashanah, and Yom Kippur.

Payment - In our effort to keep costs down, we prefer cash or checks. There is a $25 fee for
returned checks.  Use of a credit card is subject to special arrangement plus an additional fee.
All party work will require a deposit.  An initial personal consultation can be arranged at a cost of
$25.00.  This deposit will be directly applied to your "Save the Date" deposit.

Our Privacy Policy - We may send e-mails and newsletters to our customers consisting of  
flower tips, holiday promotions, new designs, changes in our  prices or services and/or other
information we believe may be of interest to you.  If you prefer not to receive any email or
newsletters, you can send us an email with the subject line “no e-mails” or reply to our e-mail
with the subject line “no e-mails”.  We will not share your email address, or personal information,
with any other business or vendor.   However, we may be required to disclose information to the
government or third parties under certain circumstances.  Third parties may also unlawfully
intercept or access transmissions or private communications.  We do wish to notify you that we
may have to discreetly disclose information about you to law enforcement or other government
officials as we believe appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual
property infringements, or other activity that may be illegal or may expose us to legal liability.  
Furthermore,  we may collect correspondence and information  that we obtain from your use of
our website to resolve disputes or troubleshoot problems.
